Baigtel Callshop Solution is a 100% web based calling solution ideal for internet cafes, cyber cafes, and callshops. The solution is very simple, yet very powerful. To start this very lucrative business you only need an internet connection and a VoIP Adapter.

If you already have a callshop running via the public telephone network, and do not wish to change your current technical setup, then we can provide you with a technical solution how to keep your infrastructure (Analog or ISDN) but send your traffic via VoIP.

How it works:

The Basics:

• The customer needs an internet connection, it can be ADSL, SDSL, Cable, Satellite or even dial up.
• A standard PC with Microsoft Internet Explorer
• A SIP VoIP device (Softphone for Internet Café’s or Hardware for Callshops)
• Analog Phones to connect to the Hardware

Callshop Admin:

• The manager or owner of the callshop gets access to a web based Administrator Interface where sell rates and connection charges can be set, and profit, revenue and cost can be monitored.

Callshop Cashier:
• The employee of the callshop does the billing and monitoring from this interface
